    Little C by Crustacean Pop-Up Brings Back Mama An’s Street Food in Beverly Hills

    Little C by Crustacean has returned this month by popular demand with a limited run menu highlighting Vietnamese street food favorites from founder Helene “Mama” An. The pop-up, which runs through August 24, features signature dishes including Mama’s phở and introduces bánh xèo, a crispy, golden crepe prepared fresh for diners.

    Running through Aug. 24, Crustacean Beverly Hills toasts to 50 years with the return of its Vietnamese street food pop-up, Little C. The lunchtime menu is available noon to 3 p.m. and includes DIY roasted duck summer rolls, a pho bar and bánh hỏi-wrapped crispy prawns, among other dishes.

    Private Rooms for Holiday Events in Beverly Hills

    If you’d like to dine in a private wine cellar with five of your closest friends, head upstairs to Da Lat Rose at Crustacean, which also features an open kitchen, private bathroom, private bar, audio-visual system and a private entrance. This space can hold 60 guests seated and 150 plus for cocktails. The minimum for food and beverage is $8,000 with a room rental of $1,000-$1,500. Other options are downstairs in the Santa Monica Room (25 seated or 40 plus for cocktails) and offer accordion doors, a flat-screen TV and access to a private Koi bar ($3,500 minimum spend).     This October, Crustacean Beverly Hills will offering a special Dine for a Cause menu in collaboration with UCLA Health. Elizabeth & Helene An of Crustacean, have created a 6-course menu of signature dishes for $165 that will be available all month long. 20% of proceeds from the menu will be donated to hereditary cancer prevention and research by Dr.Beth Karlan, UCLA medical professor and world-renowned expert in gynecologic malignancies.
