SERVICE CAPTAIN
Service with a smile. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with an eye for detail that is not afraid to touch tables and greet our guests and VIPs with elegance and familiarity. We want a hands-on team member with the capacity to train our service team with fine dining techniques and sophistication.
SPECIAL EVENTS SALES MANAGER
Crustacean is the place to hold a private dining dinner or event and we are seeking a skilled Special Events Sales Manager to sell our beautiful space for special events, private dining, and luncheons. Competitive commissions are offered on every sale you book!
SERVER
Some of Crustacean’s servers have been with us for over a decade! If you’re a customer experience-oriented service industry professional with fine dining on your résumé, we’d love to speak with you about joining the team.
Wine knowledge, ballet drop, and exquisite white tablecloth experience are huge plus points and may command higher pay. Offering competitive pay + tips and looking to hire ASAP.

We are seeking powerhouse expos and runners to join our fast-paced team. If you’re able to move at lightning speed and still keep a smooth elegance in your demeanor, you might be a great addition to our front of house team.
