Oven: Place Filet Mignon Satay in sauté pan covered with foil, place in preheated oven at 350F, about 1-2 minutes.
Microwave: Reheat with lid OFF until hot, about 30 seconds.
(Oven option preferred for best taste)

Oven: Place Chicken Satay in sauté pan covered with foil, place in preheated oven at 380F, about 1-2 minutes.
Microwave: Reheat with lid OFF until hot, about 30 seconds.

Toasted Shrimp Toast

Oven: Put very small amount of butter on top and buttom, and place in preheated oven or toaster oven at 350F until hot, about 1-2 minutes, until crispy.
Microwave: Not recommended.

Microwave: Reheat with lid off until hot, about 45-65 seconds.

Microwave: Reheat with lid on (to keep moisture) until hot, about 1-2 minutes.

Cauliflower & Brussel Sprouts

Stove: Place in preheated hot sauté pan and toss until hot, on medium high heat.
Microwave: Not recommended, will become soft & greasy.

AN’S Famous Garlic Noodles™

Microwave: Reheat Garlic Noodles with lid off until hot, about 30 seconds, take out and mix, add 30 seconds if needed.
*Noodles are best when consumed immediately after reheating.

AN’S Famous Garlic Rice™

Microwave: Reheat with lid on (to keep moisture) until hot, about 1 minute.

Dungeness Crab In the Shell™

Oven: Place Crab in pan and cover with Foil. Place in preheated oven at 350F until hot, about 4-5 minutes.
*Crab will dry out if overcooked.

Dungeness Crab Out of Shell™

Stove: Place in preheated hot sauté pan over medium heat until warm, about 1-2 minutes. (Remove head of shell).

Grilled Prawns with AN’s Famous Garlic Noodles™

Noodle Instructions –
Microwave: Reheat Noodles with lid off until hot, about 30 seconds, mix it, add 30 secondsif needed. (In Microwave suggested)

Prawn Instructions –
Oven: PlacePrawnsin a sauté pan & cover with foil in preheated oven at 350F and bake, about 1-2 minutes.

Roasted Maine Lobster with AN’s Famous Garlic Noodles™

Noodle Instructions –
Microwave: Reheat Noodles with lid off until hot, about 30 seconds, mix it, add 30 seconds if needed.

Lobster Instructions –
Oven: Place Lobster ina sauté panand coverwith foil in a preheated oven at 350F, about 2-3 minutes.

Large Plates

Baked Lemon White Fish

Microwave: Reheat with lid ON for until hot, about 1 minutes. Add 30 seconds if needed.

Crispy Orange Peel Chicken

Stove: Place in preheated hot sauté pan, and toss on medium heat, until a light sizzle.
Microwave: To keep crispy, Microwave not recommend.

Mongolian Lamb

Oven: Bake Lamb in preheated oven at 350F until lamb is warm, about 2-3 minutes.

Ora King Salmon

Microwave: Reheat with the salmon wrapped until hot, about 1-2 minutes.

Vegan “Orange Chicken”

Stove: Place in preheated hot sauté pan and toss until hot, on medium high heat.
Microwave: Not recommended.

Filet Mignon Shaken Beef

Oven Preferred: Place Beef & Potatoes in sauté pan in preheated oven at 350F, about 3-4 minutes, until warm.
Stove: Place Filet in preheated hot sauté pan or wok, and toss until hot on medium high heat.
*Overheating will cause meat to be tough & dry.
